We are Tom, Jan and Peter Oosterlinck.

1949 Mr. Achiel Oosterlinck started this company, and his son Jan followed his footsteps. Jan´s son, Peter and Tom, are the third generation in our family to run our bicycle workshop.

Achielle is named after it´s founder and is a bicycle manufacturer of Dutch style bicycles in Belgium (the part where they speak the Dutch language).

Belgium lies in between France and the Netherlands and this explains why Achielle bicycles are the perfect blend of French style & finesse and Dutch quality & functionality.

Achielle bicycles are uniquely made with craftsmanship & passion. And they are made from steel tube to bicycle, all in factory. And all of this combined, is what it takes to make the best and the most beautiful handmade bicycles in the world.
